If the stamps are not in English, you definitely need to translate them. Furthermore, why should you put the process of your application at the risk of being delayed for just a simple translation? If they’re not in English, for example if the numbers are not in English format, or if the “Entry/Exit” words in the stamps are not in English, translate the stamps and avoid any probable delay in your application in advance.

Read your request letter again, this should be found at the top:

Note: Any documents that are not in English or French must be accompanied by:

 the English or French translation; and

 an affidavit from the person who completed the translation.

Do we need to translate stamps for minors as well?
Or they just ask for adult applicants?

Nothing stated about translation, just scan ALL PAGES. Just to mention, I already mailed stamp translation when I sent my paper application year and half ago.
