I am pursuing my PDD in British Columbia for the last 8 months and I am an Indian citizen. Currently I have 16 more months to expire my study permit. My doubt is that, my marriage is already fixed for August, so can I go back to my home country for marriage?I also like to know how much time(approx.) it will take for my spouse's visa. We know each other for the last 3 years and is there any legal problem that could arise. Anyone who knows please reply back and that'll be a lot of help for us.
