Please come in this grp all people are waiting for their visa and all are SOWP 2018 member.. i hv applied in 15th may online from India , 5th june medical has been passed and then no update till now... currently as per grp info they are evaluating of April month file.... you will get all the info from above grp ... when you come just paste your whole profile so all member can understand.

Hi Friends,

Quick question regarding SOWP based on ICT.

1. Can I file the SOWP application on my own even when ICT is being filled by the company lawyers?
2. Are the two applications ICT and SOWP independent of each other?
3. Do I require any information from my ICT application in my SOWP application?
4. Can I file for SOWP application after my ICT has been approved?

Is employment history must ?

What documents needed to prove that we will leave Canada post work. I dont have property.

Hi...

Currently i have PGWP which is going to Expire in Feb 2019.
My wife has PGWP valid until Feb 2021.

Can i apply for my SWOP Online or go at Border?

My wife has job of office Admin NOC B.
Is the form is IMM5710E for online application?
What are required documents?
And what is the best time to apply for SWOP before my PGWP expire.

Spouse has 2 previous visa rejections both student and visitor.No representative was used

Medical Request- on Jan 10th 2015
Medical Passed Medicals Done - on Jan 20th
Medicals Passed - on February 4th 2015
Passport Request - February 15th
Passport Submitted - February 19th
Visa Approval - February 26th

The Application was petty simple, uploaded the required forms - added additional documents as a single
pdf at the explanation letter tab (both mine and husbands)

Hi all,
I also have experienced the same as above but I have some doubts. My husband is having work permit in Canada, I applied student and visitor visa both got rejected so can my husband apply spouse open work permit within Canada while I am in India?
Please let me know the whole process..
