Hi all,
I recently got married after AOR, and I informed cic through the webform regarding my marriage. Due to some personal issues, my spouse isn't co-operating to provide the necessary documents needed. What is the way to continue the PR application without her documents being needed?
Please help. I dont want to lose out on my application that has been in process for 6+ months.
Thanks

There is no way. Since you are married, your spouse must complete the medical, provide PCCs and the other documents necessary to finalize the application.

What if she doesnt want Canadian PR and will be separating in the future? Is there a way to convey this message to cic that the other applicant is not willing to co-operate?

As long as you are married, she has to be included in the application in order for you to get PR (which means she has to complete the medical, provide PCCs, etc.). If you want to exclude her from the application, then you would need to divorce or legally separate.
