Is it mandatory to match spouse non-canadian experience NOC code with CLB requirement. I am applying in CEC stream and I am not claiming any spouse work experiences.

No, there is no need to declare your spouse´s foreign work experience, as there are no points for it. Later, if you get an ITA, she must include her employment history on the background document.

Thank you for information. His NOC category is A, however CLB level is not 7 in his english score. Thats why I am worried.

Why are you worried? You are the principal applicant, not him, isn´t that so? Only your work experience is evaluated like that...
