hello, will be applying owp (inland) under my wife's PGWP.
seeking info regarding who has experienced thru this kind. my wife has a job title as medical office assistant NOC 1414, it falls on NOC c, but her duties and responsibilities covers also most of the job tittle medical administrative assisant 1243 which is B than the first job tittle. would they consider it as an inclusion to the NOC 1243 as stated in their update in NOC. her education also was masters in admin sci.
This is not the right thread to post about this, you should post about it in the economic thread

Hi,
I'm from Philippines, we're completing our documents to be send to my husband in Canada. Was just confused about family members. I'm single and no child when we got married, which means I don't have dependent. So I'm the principal applicant with no dependent, correct? And I don't need my family as in my mother, and siblings documents and they will not undergo medical exams, right?

Thanks in advance for you help.

Yes correct you are the principal applicant since you are the one getting sponsored and since you have no children then clearly there's no dependents
You don't have to worry about your mom and family, they aren't a part of the file so they won't be asked for medicals or anything, just you
Good luck

Hi,

I am a Canadian Citizen - moved with my family from overseas to Canada back in July/19 - rented a house & bought a car and my kids went to school ( all Canadian) - my wife is on a visitor visa - I am not sure; if I should apply inland or out-land - I opened a tutoring business in Canada and have a couple of clients so far - I travel overseas because I still work & study there - I go back to Canada every 4 months for a month or 2 - am I considered resident? and should be eligible to apply inland ? or I should I apply outland? and my wife and kids stay in Canada during the process – the reason I am confused because I work outside and on the inland application 5532 it asks you clearly your employment history - if I put the overseas employer it shows I am not residant/living with my family.

from immigration perspective am I a resident in Canada and living with my spouse?

your help is appreciated ..
