Sponsoring wife: labour record missing

Hi All!

I'm sponsoring my wife to Canada. Her citizenship is Russian, but she hasn't worked there since she left the country right after university graduation. Hence, she doesn't have a labour record. What should we do? Provide a written note? It's listed in the required documents.

Provide a written note. Is it possible to get a labour record that shows you have not worked in Russia? If yes, get this. If no, then a written explanation should be fine.
