Hello!

I just moved in to Canada 2 months ago as a permanent resident. I was sponsored my Canadian husband. Right now I am planning to sponsor my daughter who will be 22 years old this November. My questions are:
1) Does she have to have another medical exams? She had her medical exams same time I had and is still
valid till August 2007 . Problem is, I have to submit an original copy that she has her medical exams
as part of the checklist to file for her sponsorship. I lost the receipt of that medical hence i dont have
any proof. I asked her to have another exams but the clinic doesnt allow her because according
to them ,the previous exams is still valid. What is the best thing to do?
2) Does she have to be not working to make her my dependent?

I really appreciate any information regarding these matters. Have a great day!

Just ask the clinic to issue the duplicate of that exam which is still valid, they will issue the same and you can use it for your purpose.
