Hi I have a 3yr old and a 1 yr old kids. We are planning to sponsor my cousin as a caregiver for them. But we are under a consumer proposal right now. My question is am still eligible to sponsor or not?

How exactly can you afford to pay a caregiver when you can't even pay your actual bills?
