Some few last questions! plz helpp

Hey guys so i am almost done filling up my CEC application but i jst want to clarify a few questions that iam unsure of:

I will be using NOC A 3 months and NOC B 9 months exp, i knw i would need NOC B ielts score since my majority work exp is in NOC B. With noc 6235 what ielts band would i need?

Would my mother be considered dependent on me? she is on a visitor visa since the last almost 3 year and is staying with me and my brother she doesnt work so we take care of her. i dont think she would be considered a dependent/family member of mine right?

On the generic app form, there is question asking immigration office requested to process this application? (im currently residing in canada)

Whatever questions doesnt apply to me should i jst leave blank or write N/A? for example the form the additional depends form would not applies to me i dont need to print them right?

If you want to include NOC A work experience you need language score for NOC A, which means at least band 6 for every IELTS component. Otherwise those 3 months of NOC A experience won't be counted.

Note: If you have Canadian work experience in both NOC 0/A and B occupations, you must submit language test results that meet the language proficiency requirements for the occupation in which you obtained the majority of your work experience during the three years preceding the date of application.

I only provided my qualifying period jobs as I was student before.

It looks you are right. I stand corrected. If they follow the guide in your link, you just need to meet language requirements for NOC B as major of your experience comes from that. You did an excellent research on this 8)

Thanks a lot. I had some non skilled part times jobs but i do not have any reference letter from those employers and neither the contract or offer of employment, i personally do want to go back and contact all those employers as i do not have much time and want to send my application soon. But was wondering of something else, do u know if after u get a one year BOWP and when the bowp is abt to expire can u extend the bowp? what happens if u still have not received a decision on ur PR application and ur bowp is expiring, i guess u can go on visitor visa but u wont be able to work or anything?

Hi Maria, yes you can extend the BOWP.
