Hi everyone,

I have applied in May 2009 to Sydney NS and waiting for my AOR.

I am working in a UK based firm of financial consultants as Controller Financial Services. Interestingly, today my global CEO transfer me to Dubai office. Though, it is mentioned in my offer letter that company can transfer me to any of it's offices worldwide. Last year I spent 3 months in UK and 3 months in Dubai. but this time its not a temporary transfer, i need to establish the new business model and it will take a reasonable time. Maybe 6 to 8 months minimum. Now the issue is:
Do I need to inform to CIC when I will submit my full set of application that I am moved from PK to UAE? The company is same, but new employer, coz I will be on a work visa and my Dubai office will bear my cost and pay my salary.

PCC???

How can I manage the medicals and when they require my PP for visa. How will that be done.

Its not clear how much time they require for visa stamping? Any idea...

It simply doesn't matter you are working or in UK. But what you should do it is very important you inform the CIC that you have changed your ADDRESS.... about the Police certificate, you will have to produce the Police certificate from everywhere in the world you have resided since you you turned 18.
By the way Expatriates living in UAE have to deal with CHC London in anyway, since ,I presume, you have had your application address from UK already, so your Visa office will be CIC London from UAE in anyway. The Only Thing You have to do is to inform the CIC about changing your country of stay and address. Good Luck

No, I applied from Pakistan and I am currently doing my job in Pakistan, thats why I applied to Sydney, NS.

well its not that difficult thing then, you continue your job in UAE and let be process your case in pakistan. it doesn't affect your case anyway. But still you inform them that you Living in UAe now. in that case it might possible CIC will re direct your case to CHC london instead of Islamabad then.
