U should be able to apply for Diploma in CS or any related networking program but there arent many PG Diplomas in CS or CS Engine. With the 54% average, its hard for u to enter any Masters program. I would suggest u try to apply for Diploma programs in CS or CS Networking related or CS Engine programs. Your Indian qualifications are considered sub-standard to the Canadian System and hence with 54% average, its really low and also any attempt to enter any Masters or PG program will be futile! So try Diploma program and u may have a better chance.
