hi there,

if all your documents are complete, you should get everything done in less than 7 months, you can check this link as a comparison

http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/family-class/

for myself:

application sent Nov9
Sponsorship approved Dec 5
Process started Dec 19
Document request Apr 30
Document Sent Jun 4
Passport Request Jun13
Visa received Jul 8

You can try e-cas too, they do updates every Tuesday. Hope it helps. good luck

One thing for sure that will put in on a delay is the Police certificate, because Singapore Police Dept requires letter from the Immigration to request for Criminal History Check Letter.

other than that, is only the waiting period, don't worry about it, it takes a while, they are pretty good in updating e cas, so keep checking, and good luck

I'm from Indonesia, sponsored by my husband, They don't do PR application in Indonesia, so Singapore is the Visa office responsible for my country.
