Signature in IMM0008 form (Quebec PR)

Hi everyone,
Regarding the Quebec PR application, "Schedule 5 intent to reside in Quebec" PDF should it be hand signed or just filled electronically and uploaded in the PR application?

Our lawyer asked us to print it, sign it in ink and then scan it.

When I applied (Online through the portal), I didn't need to print and sign it. I just filled it and Saved it trough the PDF and uploaded that copy.
