My question is, should it be mentioned in Resume that one is not in canada and looking for a work permit/ LMIA Job offer before sending resume for jobs from outside canada?

Canada
They will find out by your address and phone number, presumably. And the fact that you cannot attend an in person interview.

Unless you have some unique skill or specialisation not readily available in Canada then If you include that you want an LMIA/job offer then you should probably expect your resume to be filed, in the bin.

As you can read on this forum it is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada without have some in demand specialisation, not saying totally impossible but unlikely So including that you need LMIA/ job offer reduces chances to near zero. Is why people go to extremes in somehow including a Canadian number and address which is fine but becomes an issue if called for face to face interview in days.

True, it will most probably go in the bin but including that one needs job offer/ LMIA wont waste employer time, if one is willing to offer something only then they will take the hassle of replying.

That info is provided in the job application, not the resume. Resume is for skills and experience.
An employer has invited me to apply from job bank. How should I proceed with it as iam not in Canada ? as I don't know should I send my resume directly or include something along with it to let them know iam not in Canada and looking for work permit...
