Sending Degree Certificate of Kerala University

I received an email from WES stating that degree certificate or provisional certificate has not been received (other documents have been received). The degree is bachelor's from kerala university. How do I send the degree certificate? Do I just courier the degree certificate copy or do I need to get attestation from the university? WES profile was created before Dec 1, 2018
