self adressed adress labels

Hi,

I just went to the postoffice to adress lables and the lady seemed somwhat confused as to what I was asking for. She ended up giving me blank Canada Post sticky labels. Does anyone know if I can just neatly handwrite my adress on them or do they have to be printed?

IMO, as long as the hand written address is legible you are good to go. In my case, I printed out the address on a sheet, cut it out and sent the same (not a sticky one).
