I am gonna apply near future my visa office is London. Working in KSA but currently in Pakistan on vacation. I will go to my University to get transcript in university sealed envelop so should I ask them to address to the Local CHC ? (i.e. The envelop should address to the CHC)

It does not have to be addressed to anybody. Just make sure that envelop is sealed properly.

Suggest you take multiple sealed envelops. You never know when you need transcripts again. It does not have any expiry date and will avoid great hassels when you are in the similar situation next time.

usually university asks for address before seal,
find ur visa office address in cic website and get it.
provide them if they dont want to seal without that,
it they seal without that then its ok
