Hey buddy.

I just got asked the same thing by cic.
What is schedule a question 6?

Still figuring it out i mentioned everything last time but i think we have to give them berif information under question 6

A friend of mine got a second schedule A request. He hadn't provided details for the yes question (date, country, and type of application, type of refusal) in his first submission. He provided the necessary information the second time and the application seems to be OK now.

My wife got deported from another country.
Do you think they will refuse her application?

If she gets refused, i'm going to be refused too?

I got the same thing today.
As the email notification did not provide the link for the schedule A form, is anybody can verify the latest version of the form with me? Is the form name IMM5669 (12-2012)E correct?

You can just google Schedule A CIC.
Or follow this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf

To the PA, did you provide an explanation to the "YES" answer you gave in any of your answers to statutory questions of schedule A?

That might be the reason.

Good luck!

Thank you Kucuy15 for your reply.
I have two more question, the notification said:"Please complete Question 6 of the schedule A form".
1. Do I need to scan all other pages of the form (leave them blank) when uploading the documents?
2. I was rejected business visa application in 2008, will that affect my PR application?

Did you just check the box, or did you explain the refusal fully on the lines underneath? You should give the reason for the refusal (for instance, he didn't have enough money, etc.) as well as checking that it happened.

You just have to be honest about what happened and why it happened. And yes, if she gets refused your application will be refused as well. Are you implying you're fine with living in a different country from your wife? :D

1. It really depends on what your request letter states. I received one last week for my spouse and it specifically said that I should provide answer to the statutory questions and that I could submit the first page of the form. I submitted just the first page fully completed and attached the fourth bearing my spouse's signature (this 4th page was not actually required I just submitted it to be safe). You should be good submitting just what they requested.

2. Be honest and explain what was the cause for refusal. If it wasn't anything illegal or criminal that should not affect your application.

Yha i just submitted it again yesterday with and yes my spouse had refusal in like 2012 for study visa so in first i just write down that "refuse student visa once " but this time i mentioned country name college name month year and i dont have file numbers for that so i mentioned that too now lets see

i received schedule A request...please advice what is to be done? did anyone else also received this request ? thanks

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. An updated Schedule A is required. Ensure Question
6 is complete and please leave no gaps.

Can you post your letter..just wondering if its a specific request or generic wordings..thanks
