i didn't ask about my clearance i specifically asked if anything wrong with my file
Not sure if I understand.. so they said your case is approved but likely they screw up the scheduling so they have to reschedule?
I did notice Scarborough doesn't any ceremony scheduled for Dec 15 afternoon but only two in the morning.

Gotcha.. so at least, that's a better situation than clearance not complete as that could take months..
You'll probably hear back from them for the next batch... Best luck!

After yesterday call from the agent about my ceremony cancellation my "decision made status changed to "in process". How is it possible?

I submitted 2 police clearance 8 months ago- one from Canada and one from my home country.
Police clearance is one part of the overall security clearance. There could be other items pending.

Better give IRCC a call to figure out.

Oh, great. Another cancellation by the Scarborough office, only this time, it is the whole ceremony that has been cancelled. Not only we now have to worry that IRCC may require to conduct extra background check, we also have to wonder whether our ceremony times would be cancelled (for heavens know what reason), since it's now also a possibility. It seems to be happening only to those invited for ceremonies at the Scarborough center though, so hopefully it's isolated only to this location.

And if it was pending, how did I get Citezenship invite on the first place. I will call on Monday to ask, I guess it is closed tomorrow.

Maybe it’s time it’s time for does getting their oath cancelled to contact their MP because you know you not going to get a direct answer from IRCC.

Background checks are comprised of security, criminality and police certificates. Police certificates, by themselves, only form parts of the whole background check procedure.
