saudi Pcc is unavailable for third country nationals,I got this from nvc website (DOS)and I mailed to us embassy In Saudi regarding about Saudi Pcc and they told me it’s unavailable who are not currently resident to Saudi,I left Saudi before 5 years,most of them told me it didn’t required and will not ask in interview,really am worried and some are telling it’s needed,I cannot obtain the Saudi Pcc as am not legal resident and contacted Saudi embassy in India and they are not replying me,do you have any suggestions
