Saskatchewan- network engineer

Hi guys,
I have applied for Saskatchewan in feb 2015 and I have nominated for this. I have to apply for CIC for further process. Before apply in CIC I have some questions regarding job for network engineers in Regina. I am currently living in India and working in one of the leading ISP. What are the chances of getting network job in Regina. And how much do we need to live a upper middle class life style.

Anyone living and working in Regina please help me.
