Salary vs hours

Hi,
I am planning to apply under CEC as i am going to complete one year as a restaurant manager. Eventhough my job is under NOC O, my salary is only 2400.(If i work 40 hours a week my wage is 15/hour) Since my wage is salary, hours are not mentioned in pay stub. So my employer is ready to give me the reference letter saying that i am working 32 hours weekly (it will make my hourly pay 18.75).
I have two options, but i dont know which is the best
1.Showing 34 or 35 hours with low wage/hr
2. Showing 32 hours per week with a better wage / hr
It is not mentioned any minimum wage for any noc code in cic website. But in common logic there should be a good salary for a manager.
When the job is mentioned as full time permanent, i common logic how can i say i am working 32 hours only(shouldn’t i show atleast 36 hours)

I would recommend not having your employer lie about how many hours you work per week. He should be honest in the letter about your hours.

A salary is not a wage, a wage is not a salary. They are two completely different forms of remuneration. A salary is a fixed amount regardless of the number of hours you work. A salary is usually associated with skilled work, whereas an hourly wage is usually associated with unskilled (not always, of course). If you are salaried, why are you trying to translate it into an hourly wage? Trying to make your life harder, or confuse and annoy the VO? That is not only completely unnecessary, but will hurt your case.

Your ONLY option is to tell the truth. You earn a salary (you can state that in monthly or annual terms), and you work XX hours per week (it doesn´t matter as long as it is at least 30 hours per week). That is ALL. Your employer can state whatever is in your contract, it can state "at least 35 hours per week, often more" or whatever the truth is.

Salary/wage is not usually an important consideration for the VO. It is only looked at if the VO doesn´t believe that you are doing a skilled job. Trying to twist and manipulate the facts is a good way to make your application not credible.
