Im doing all the supervising duties like managing employees, making schedules, handling stock, annual budget, making promotions, quality control, hiring new employees and moreover I don’t even get pay stubs I get cheques . Will that cause a problem for filing Canada’s PRthis would raise questions about your designation, roles and responsibilities
Okay thank you.... Does the pay cheque create any problem in future ??... because people need pay stubs for filing PR but i get pay cheques ?performing supervisory duties at a basic pay rate might raise questions in the mind of the visa processing officer
I would suggest its better to have them handyOkay thank you.... Does the pay cheque create any problem in future ??... because people need pay stubs for filing PR but i get pay cheques ?

It is within Canada, BramptonAre you currently working in Canada? If you are, then this salary is quite low for the duties and will raise a red flag - the officer may think that your job letter is exaggerating your duties for the sake of getting the PR.
If you aren't working in Canada but in a country where this rate makes sense, it won't matter. Also, if you are in Canada but in a very small city or someplace where salaries are generally low, that would make sense as well... though I'm not sure if there's anyplace that would qualify.
The salary and job duties need to be reasonably matched. If you say you're a senior executive at a big company and you make minimum wage, obviously that doesn't make sense. Your case isn't that extreme, but it's still somewhat questionable.
Yeah, Brampton won't qualify as a small town - it's in the GTA.It is within Canada, Brampton
