to those na refused dati musta na sa mga nagre-apply any good news? let us share our stories here..

na refused ako dati last dec 2011 ngayon nagre-apply ako and just submitted my applicationpraying and hoping na sana this positive na. meron ba dito na narefused pero nagkavisa sa 2nd application? kasi parang ang hirap na iconvince ang vo once na narefused ka na before sana wag naman ganun. hayyyyy may awa din ang Diyos sa atin na mga narefused. dont quit guys!!!
 
ano daw reason nila bakit ni refused nila yung sayo? tama!! kung para satin talaga yun bibigay niya satin yun sa tamang oras at panahon :)

nakakalungkot tlga pg na refused yung visa mo lalo na pg nghinty ka ng matagal..kasi skin ang nareceived ko etong May 8 lng refusal letter HUHUHUHU!!!! pero im trying to re aaply again kc yung LMO ko naman july pa maeexpired. tanong ko lng hoping2b kung ano mga dinagdag mo sa mga application mo, direct hiring kba, napasa mo nb ulit yung application mo... sana maaprove na yung visa ntin.. ano nga pla reason bkit na na refuse.. kc yung skin d ko maintindhan kung ano reason .

sinabi mo pa halos maloka loka ako na nakatingin sa kawalan lagi na blanko ang utak. it took a while bago bumalik ang ulirat ko sa kakaisip kung bakit.. kasi parang di fair minsan ang decision kaya naniniwala ako na depende rin talaga minsan sa vo na magrereview ng documents mo..

reasons for refusal employment status and family ties which is di ko rin maintindihan bakit? yung iba nga jan wala namang strong ties dito at walang work pero nagkavisa which unfair...yes i re-applied a week ago and now waiting for evertyhing... until the final verdict... but i dont want to quit magastos ngalang... my first employer gave up na sa pag antay and lucky enough nakahanap ulit ng new employer at hoping this time e ibigay na ni Lord ang wish ko na magkavisa... i attached a cover letter explaining my situation and to return home after my contract pina notarize ko. at yung puwde na i-attach sinama ko na pati medical records ng parents ko na wala akong intention magstay for good doon dahil sa condition ng parents ko.. wala akong proof of funds kasi wala ako nun at di naman iyan talaga ang main reason ng refusal ko...

sa yo ano ba reason? lahat na pwede sa tingin mo na makakatulong ilagay mo na.. gaano katagal bago mo nareceive refusal letter or ilang weeks from the time nagsubmit ka? nakapagmedical ka ba?
 
what's ur application? i got refused once but for some reasons. but then again got a visa after 2 long years. ;D
 
congrats sa yo for having a visa sa 2nd attempt mo.. atleast meron nagkavisa after 1st refusal... temporary work permit ang inaapplyan ko... oo nga 2years time is kinda long... whewwww..

I think this is for Federal Skilled Worker stream of Permmanent Residency..in TFW no need for the points, you must have an employer who will hire you and obtain a positive LMO then apply for work visa on your home country then you can work in Canada.

Huwag po kayong mawalan ng pag-asa. Ako nga 2004 pa nag apply, na-refuse ako 2009 tapos nilaban ko sa Federal Court of Canada at awa ng Diyos nanalo naman, medyo gumastos nga lang ng malaki close to $5K.

Last year around Oct. 2011, na-reactivate ang application ko, submitted new docs. e.g. clearances, etc. at natapos na din Medical naming pamilya last Jan. 2012, and as of March, Medical Result received na status ng ECAS ko, to date waiting na lang ng PPR. Ito ang stage na nakaka-kaba.

If in your heart you feel na tama kayo, ipaglaban nyo, but be ready for the expenses. I believe the benefits outweigh the cost.

musta na , ako hinihintay ko pa yung letter of explanation ng employer ko e halos pareho pla tyo ng reason kung bkit tyo nrefused first nkasulat s letter ko n bka dw after ng contract ko bka d dw ako bumalik after ng contract ko, pangalawa, experience ng employment ko kc s LMO ko dw 2-3yrs dw ang allowed ng experience pero more than 3 yrs nko ngwwork as manager sa mcdo, actually married nko so how come n d ako babalik dto s pinas after ng contract ko , any suggestion n pwede ko isama sa application ko pra maniwala n after ng contract ko babalik ako s pinas, kelan nga pla maeexpire yung LMO mo, OO nga pla nkapg medical nko before pa ko marefuse, dumating yung letter after more than a month, ilang beses b pwedeng mg re apply ng visa, sna mgkavisa n tyo,,,
