RPRF - Official Receipt Form Filling

Hi All,

I received RPRF request after MR and I paid the fees using my Friend's credit card. I am currently in India. I have a few clarifications in filling the RPRF form.

1) What should be filled under Payer information? Should that be my name or my Friend's? I guess it should be mine. Please confirm.
2) In the last two fields, it has requested for Area Code ( spaces ) and Telephone No. (3 'hyphen' 4 spaces). How should I fill my Indian mobile number as it will be of 10 digits? Please help.

Doesn't matter at all. Whoever pays your RPRF fees CIC doesn't care who pays as long as the fees get paid.

I would print the form, and fill it out by hand. Put the full number in and you'll be fine.

So I will leave the Area Code field blank and fill the full mobile number in the telephone number field.
