I received the Medical Request/RPRF in a brown envelope together with the original documents today, Sep 29. It was dated September 16.

i also received my medical request/RPRF yesterday Sept.28 dated Sept.16 but no original docs only the invitation to CIIP seminar was included
i went to Nationwide today and had my medicals done..

guys thanks! God is really faithful!

Will be having my medicals on Thursday (Oct 1) and will be sending the RPRF tomorrow (Sep30) to London Office.

I know your medical requests are on its way.....
