HOW CAN WE PAY RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE?? NOT ONLINE THO.
DO WE NEED A FORM TO SUBMIT AT THE TIME WE PAY THE FEES?
I HAVE A SCHEDULED INTERVIEW NEXT TUESDAY (JUNE 14, 2011), WILL IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF MY HUSBAND PAY TODAY OR AFTER THE INTERVIEW? I KNOW IF WE PAY AFTER IT CAUSES A DELAY, BUT IM NOT SURE IF IT WILL APPLY IF WE PAY 4 DAYS BEFORE INTERVIEW.

It will cause a 2 month delay regardless if it is paid today or if it is paid after the interview as your process has started.
Which country is the interview in and the sponsor should pay the RPRF.
Is the sponsor in Canada? Issue is now with the Canada strike it says you have to order an original receipt from CIC by calling them.

You can order the form online and they will mail it to you.

You can pay fees at a financial institution in Canada

If you cannot or do not want to pay online, you must get an original receipt of payment form IMM 5401 so you can pay at a financial institution (such as a bank or Western Union). This form is not available online, so you must order an original receipt by mail.

You must include a copy of this receipt when you apply.
