Revaluation

i have attempted for ielts twice earlier my score was
R 8.5
L8
W 6
S 7
While in the second attempt it improved to
R 9
L 8.5
W 6.5
S 7
I need only.5 more in writing
What are my chances of getting it in revaluation or is it true that if I have 2 or more band higher in other sections then the probability of improving the grade is less ??

There are pretty good chances for you to get 7 band in writing if you are confident enough. Apply for speaking as well so that even if there is no increase in writing there might be in speaking and you'll get your money refunded.
