Rescoring of IELTS test

Hi all.
I have written the IELTS Exam five times now because I couldnt score 7 in writing module. other than that I had 7-7.5 in my speaking test for four times & 8.5-9 in Listening & reading.. But in my fifth test,I finally scored 7 in writing but 6.5 in speaking because of which I still didn't crack it. Does anyone suggest rescoring or I shoudl take the test again.
