I dont think only the references will do. You also have to provide a notorised copy of the employment contract, payslips, P60 or P45 from the period you are claiming points for.

THANKS FOR UR REPLY

BUT WILL I HAVE TO SUBMIT P60, P45, PAYSLIP & NOTARIZED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. OR JUST A NOTARIZED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT & PAYSLIP WILL DO?

HAVE U ALREADY SUBMITTED UR APPLICATION?

I wouldnt send my papers without an official tax document for past/present employment i.e. P60 from the employer or P45 from HMRC if you are no longer with the same employer. These help your work experience look more authentic.

hi
thnks for ur reply

I am still with the same employer since 2006. but i only have P60 for 2008 & 2009. so, if i submit my employment contract which is from 2006 & my payslips will it be ok? or i still need to submit P60 for each tax year?

thnx in advance

That should be fine as long as you are with the same employer.

Yes, just put in these documents plus every other thing you have to prove that you work there. They will conduct their own searches and investigations anyway.
Yes, I have applied since 2007. I'm in a different batch. I have more than enough.

thnx bobby

so what documents u will submit to prove ur experience? or what docs have u already sent? plz help.

i am feeling really anxious. if i show my employment contract & payslip, will they still ask for anything else?

and will i have to submit payslips for each month or just few minths are ok?

Normally, all these should suffice plus a Job Reference Letter which will include your duties, from your employer.(plus anything to prove that you work there).
Well, a job reference letter from your employer, in my view is very important. If you already have one then you should be fine.
With regards to whether they will ask for something else, I don't know. That depends on the IO responsible for your case.

I would say, you should gather all you can, to prove your experience.

If you have been working with the same employer since 2006 then you shouldn't worry too much about each year's tax documents. Just get them to write you a reference letter confirming the date/responsibilities etc. But I'd strongly recommend that you include P60s AT LEAST from the previous 2 or 3 financial years along with the whole set of payslips. But I wonder how come you kept the old payslips but not the tax documents?!?!

hi hindu_shikh_bro_bro
thnx for ur reply

the reason i didnt keep the P60s as i wasn't planning at all to apply for canada & actually i have a very bad habit of throwing away the old docs that i think is not necessary. i am dumb!!!!

but do u think i need to send payslips for every single month for THE LAST YEARS?

have u already sent ur docs for work experience?

hi do u know if they will contact my employer to verify my work experience?

thnx in advance
