Reg work visas----

Hi,

I just need information reg the work visa type that can apply from outside canada . I am currently in Canada,one of me relatives want to come and work in Canada(not IT based jobs,jobs like working as a cashier/data admin etc...)

Please help me out reg this!!!

Your relatives would need to apply for an LMIA, cost 1000 dollars and they would need to advertise the job to prove no Canadian or PR were available. For any job such as a cashier or data admin either would likely be very difficult to prove given plenty of residents available to perform those roles.

Add to that IRCC are very aware of applicants using relatives to come up with jobs to enable someone to get into the country so expect possible extra scrutiny.
