Hey Everyone.

I would like to ask that i was rejected by the Federal Court of Canada and Im still waiting for the paper from them and after deportation and i just got a job offer by employment agency.
So Can i come back to work to Canada with the job offer?
So once again they r gonna deport me and my boyfriend but i have job offer but my boyfriend doesnt.
an we come back???
Thanks so much i hope somebody can help me(us)!!
:)

I think there's zero chance you will be approved for a work permit. To be approved for a work permit you must prove that you have ties to your home country and won't overstay your permit. If you are a failed refugee claimant, then you clearly have weak ties to your home country and a very strong interest in staying in Canada long term. I think CIC will refuse you on this basis.

If you want to return to Canada you should apply to immigrate (if you qualify).

Also, if you are deported from Canada then you will need an ARC to return. ARCs take several months to process and there's no guarantee of approval. As part of the ARC process, you will have to repay the cost of the flight.

Thank you so much ur answer:):)
I have some canadian friends and they told me that job cuz they want me canada back.i hope everything is gonna b ok.
Thanks alot again.

It's nice that your friends want you back in Canada.

Unfortunately the reality is that it will probably be very difficult for you to return once you leave.

Your best option once you leave is to see if you qualify to immigrate. Again, I don't think you will be approved for a work visa.
