Maybe. Does the company have a website? Is the company incorporated? Does it have an actual address (not run from home office)?

Make one letter head if you have got none. Official company stamp is not mandatory, So you should be fine with that.

Attaching business card is a good idea.

What I was wondering was why his company registered to home address not business address ? This might create a problem if CIC looks for your company on google map based on address provided, and find out that its actually residential address not corporate address. I know this because one guy had same issue and at later stage CIC raised a query based on that information.

Actually mine is also the same case.My company address is registered at residential address.
We are incorparated and we work for clients located across canada. So that the reason we dont need any office to run.How should we deal this kind of cases.

If CIC raises a query then there is a kind of way out. Provide them with explanation letter that why you company uses residential address, letter from your clients, incorporation papers, Notice of assessment, etc.

P.S. CIC only raises query if they find something fishy when they do Web based search for your company.

CIC does not perform Web based search always , but yes in some cases they do .
You never know

If they have any doubt.Do they definetly raise or request douments or explanation.
or else
simply regect application

Well on my T4 and NOA is the company address, if am able to do tax return I would say only that matters. We can't all work in big company's I would say.
Any ways thanks for effort.

They will give you 30 or 60 days (not sure) to provide any documents if you want to before they make a decision. :)

If your T4 and NOA has company address then you got nothing to worry about.
