Recieving the Same Request for Information

Dear All,

Can anyone help and thanks in advance.
I received a request to resubmit the Additional Family Information Form and the Schedule A background declaration.

I filled out each form and resent it to the Inland processing email provided.

15 days later I received the same request with no acknowledgement of the additional information I sent.

Is this simply an error and they have not located the information I sent.

Furthermore I received two separate AOR about a month apart.

Just wondering if anyone else on the forum has had this experience.

I would appreciate any response and please let me know if this has happened to you.

I am an outand applicant but the did the same to me . They emailed me the request so i sent it off,two months later they sent me the same email, so i emailed the person who sent me the request.They called me on the Saturday apologizes for the repeat request.They said it was a computer error.
