Anyone completed their medical recently? Can you please explain what all is involved step by step?

Hello,

I got the ITA & I have done my upfront medical for me and my family.
We have received the UMI Numbers for our Medical.

My wife has been diagnosed with HepB since 2010. She is in Canada on her student permit and pursuing her Masters.
The doctor asked her to get some more tests done. He also said that he would refer her to another specialist.
He also confirmed that he had uploaded the results to IRCC.

Looking at all this, I would like to know if I could upload her medical online now or should I have to wait for her complete report to be ready.
