Hello everyone, Can someone please tell me from where can I get RCMP criminal check done in Brampton and what's the whole process and how long does it takes for the reports?

Go to Commissionaries at Dixie and Mayerside. Costs around $40 and you'll get the result mailed to u in a week if no record is found.

According to CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/canada.asp, if you are inside Canada you have to use an accredited company, full list here: http://www.rcmp.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check#ac.

If there is no record, you should get it by mail in about 2 weeks. If there is a record (even dismissed charges), it may take more than 120 days. Send the RCMP to your own address, then scan it and send it to CIC. But only ask for an RCMP if CIC asked you for one, otherwise there is no need to send one.
