Do you know if I can give a different email ID than the one mentioned in my CEC app?

Have you ordered your notes ? If so, you must have received a confirmation email that talks about tracking the notes request. Any idea on how to track the notes ?

Did you mean you wanted the Physical File (scanned copies of all docs in your file) or just. Paper copy of the visa officers notes GCMS? Physical file takes 60 days. Gcms takes 30. Both can be sent by email. Or you can request it to be mailed on a disc.

I am more interested in the electronic copy but just a little concerned about the file size since my official email address does not allow file size of more than 4MB. So, I was thinking if I can give an alternate email address than the one mentioned on my CEC application.

Hi yahoo7,

yes, you can give the alternative email address than the one in CEC application.

The OP is asking about GCMS notes and has been said it that it takes longer to "receive" a physical file compared with electronic notes. Nothing to do with "pr processing time".;)

I know it can take longer to process but still dont unstand how it will affect pr processing time.

Should the GCMS notes be requested separately for the spouse or its just one request for both principal applicant and spouse?

One application... One GCMS Notes request.
No matter how many dependants.

Thanks Andy. I just submitted the GCMS request.
