Hello Friends,

I have some doubts on filing the application form under cec.

on IMM5562E, for the Trips outside the residence, I have more than 6 entries. The application form has room for only 6 entries. How can I include all the entries? Please advice.

The same case for Form IMM5669E. I have more addresses than the available space. Same with the personal history. How can I enter all that information?

One more on the employer's reference letter, it does say that I need to submit a copy. But I just want to confirm that it should in deed be a copy or original. Just need a confirmation :). I really appreciate your response.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Attach all documents to the letter of explanation in a single document. Make it obvious which forms and questions they are referring to.

What I suggest you doing ( and that's also asked for by CIC ) is to attach a separate sheet of paper to every form
where you run out of space.
On the top left of every additional sheet print the name of the form, the question you're adding more information to, your name and UCI.
Ie:

Code:
[b]ADDITIONAL INFORMATION[/b]

[b]FORM:[/b] < name of the form >
[b]NAME:[/b] < your name >
[b]UCI:[/b] < your UCI >
[b]DoB:[/b] < your DoB >

< name/number of the question > [i]ie. Question 8: Personal History[/i]

Do that for every form you need more space. That's how I completed all my forms and I'm already a permanent resident
and had no issues or questions during the processing of my application.
And yes, for the reference letter a copy of the letter is sufficient.

Hope this helps,

T.
