Question to Application - Language Details

Hey,

I'm filling out my application at the moment but I got stuck on the question "Have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your proficiency in English and/or French?".

I do have taken an IELTS - Academic test last October.

However, while IELTS counts as a designated testing agency, they only accept the General Training test, not the Academic. That's whats got me so confused because techincally, yes, I have taken a test from a designated testing agency, just not the one they accpet.

Do I answer that question with Yes or No now??? I don't know.

Have you taken any test from designated agency to assess your English
or French? (No/Yes)

I have taken the IELTS general training with score 6. My Question is -
Do I need to answer "yes" to the above question?
Does the Score matters to get the work permit?
Do I need to provide the evidence along with the application?
