I have a question regarding the upcoming mon project intake by 15th August:

can I apply for this program although I don't have english or french score at this moment?? however, I calculate that I got 63 points when the eligibility is 59.

You can apply without IELTS score because language test is not a mandatory for this program but you need to submit you test score after nomination.
