Minimum, or maximum?

Minimum: (what you have to show you have, not what you have to bring)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

Maximum:

As much as you can provide proof of source. You can sell a million dollar house, and bring it all in cash. Just make sure you can prove where it came from.

You shouldn't carry that much, but you can.

You can bring in as much money as you want as long as you declare it on your landing card. You have to declare anything above 10,000 CAD$.

Thank you so much we had mentioned that we have around 80000 but now we see that in our account we have around 90,000 .Will that be a problem though that money has been there for more than a year

You can change it on your PR application, but you don't have to. They don't care how much more you have than the minimum. The only thing is that if you bring more than $10,000 CAD in cash when you land, you have to declare it at the border.
