Question concerning the A-0546-GF (Formulaire d’engagement)

Hey, I'm filling out the A-0546-GF to sponsor my spouse, and I was wondering if I had to fill out these sections:

2. Renseignements sur votre conjoint ou conjointe (s’il y a lieu)
(Do I need to put my spouse's information again? Or does it not need to be filled out since he is the person being sponsored and not just my spouse?)

4. Renseignements sur les membres de la famille de la personne parrainée principale
(Do I put myself in this section, since I am his spouse? Or do I leave it be since I am the sponsor?)

I know the forms are made to be pretty generalized, but I just want to make sure I don't mess up if I don't fill them out.
