we applied PR as a family (Option A) and we have four family members.
A few days after we uploaded a photo to the portal, two of us got our eCoPr and the others still did not get theirs yet.
The portal Creation date was 2021 July 19th and we all uploaded our photos on the same day.
It's 2021 September 26th today and it's been already more than 2 months since the portal creation date.
We tried calling them, submitting multiple web forms to IRCC, and sending emails to the portal email but we have never heard anything back from them.
Is there anyone who is in the same situation as us?
It would be very helpful if you can let me know how I can contact them.
