I create this topic to share information for Quebec skilled workers (after CSQ) applying FEDERAL with visa office SINGAPORE.

First of all, I give my information:
Apply Quebec (CSQ): May 2011
Send supportting document: November 2014
CSQ received without interview: April 2015
Applying for Federal: 3 July 2015
Waiting for AOR

Anybody has information about federal stage, please share your experience!!! :-* :-* :-*

AOR Received: June 17, 2015

Until now, I did not receive any information from them yet. According to CIC website, their processing time is quite so long.
Please share further information if you have the same timeline.

1) I have knowledge of French language but I did not take any exam for French ( Can I applty for CSQ)?
2) If I get evaluation done from Quebec still I need of transcripts?
3) Is marriage certificate is mandatory?

Hi , how are you doing ? As i see you already have got CSQ , Please can you help me for preparing for quebec application. My NOC is 2173 , software engineers , which is a regulated occupation in Quebec.

For regulated professions , the comparitive evaluation should be done before applying for quebec or can be done after receiving CSQ also ? I am pretty confused as i got different understanding from diff websites.

This is what i got from the quebec website.

It talks about this evalutation. So i am confused and worried.

Hi Everyone,

My application as well is being processed in Singapore. Below is my update:

1. Applied for CSQ in 2009
2. CSQ received in March 2015 through interview (I know it has been a long long long wait as there have been many changes in my details)
3. PR application sent to Nova Scotia in May 2015
4. Status on website updated as "application received"
5. Received file number and UIC in July 2015
6. two weeks after file number my status changed from "application received" to "in process"
7. two after status changed to "in process" got update as "We started processing your application on 30th July 2015)
8. Received AOR from Singapore visa office in September 2015

Now waiting for medical request.

Hi friend,

After sending the file to CIO on 13 July, I got the email from VO giving me the file No, UCI on 28 August

My application status change from Application Received to IN PROCESS on 13 September, but I have not still got updating yet that WE STARTED PROCESSING...

Now I'm waiting for that and MR

Hello everyone.

Please enlighten me about quebec immigration application. my questions are;

1. Since it takes time to get AOR / CSQ and if IELTS reached its validity date during this period.Do we still need to resubmit new IELTS?

2. If the answer is no for question#1, how about during the federal stage? Do we need to submit new ielts which is not expired?

3. If the answer is no for question#2, since we have submitted the original during quebec application, do we need to ask for another copy with the testing centre? Or are they going to send back all the documents submitted together with CSQ?

I'm sorry, not familiar with the procedure of quebec immigration. Thanks in advance to all who will answer.
