I have approved for CSQ under QIIP and now have to invest money can any tell me fo I have to land and apply PR Card at any Quebec port of entry or can land at any other port

sir/,my name is Milan Gurung from Nepal.i have been applied as a farm worker in Quebec in dec 2017.and my application for the lmia is released in 15 Feb 2018 after 13 month esdc have approved my application and forwarded 24jan 2019 to Quebec immigration for CSQ.and my lawyer told me it will take 3-6 weeks to approve CSQ.sir I'm very confused about CSQ.what will be the processing time of CSQ Quebec.thank you.
