I have completed my b. Tech from PTU and I have applied to Quebec foe study visa but recently I read a news about WES/PTU changes. I just want to ask that are these changes going to create problem for study visa's(for ptu students) or will. Thwy inly effect PR based PTU students? If they are going to effect student visa then what should i do because next week I m going to. Lodge my file in embassy
