Hello Guys,
I recently moved to Canada on an intracompany work permit (LMIA Exempt). I understand that this employment does not fall under a valid job offer category before I complete one year in Canada. My question pertains to proof of funds. On the OINP website, it is mentioned that we can show ongoing employment in Canada as settlement funds. I do have necessary documents to show like Job Offer Letter, Contract, Two most recent salary slips etc.
I just want to ask if my employment qualifies as a valid ongoing employment, considering it is an LMIA exempted job. Can I show the documents as proof of funds for my OINP application?
Please let me know your valuable thoughts.
Warm Regards,
Gary Singh Rai
