I'm sponsoring my father's cousin under Other Relative category. The visa office-specific instructions ask for 'proof of relationship to your sponsor in Canada'. What document would I need to provide?

So it is your first cousin? How is it your relative if your father’s cousin? Seems to far of a relative to be eligible as it is for extended family members (aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters)? Did you read the requirements on who you can sponsor? And your parents and grandparents are no longer alive. Not married, no children.

You provide birth certificates to prove you are cousins.
