I am on H1b visa working in the USA for last 3 years. I recently got my ITA and am preparing all the required documents. For Proof of Funds, I am going to get a gift deed, affidavit etc. from my parents but the money is going to be deposited in my Indian bank account.
So while submitting documents to CIC do I only need to include gift deed, affidavit, bank letter from Indian bank) as the money was deposited there, letter of explanation OR do i also need to sumit the USA checking/savings back account details as well ? Please provide your inputs.
